READY RASOI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the company behind the Pyor Food website, strives to provide our customers with high-quality, fresh, and ready-to-cook meals. We understand that returns may be necessary in certain circumstances. This Refund and Returns Policy details the process.
What can be returned?
You may return unopened, undamaged, and non-perishable items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
What can’t be returned?
- Opened or damaged items
- Perishable items, including all food items
- Items returned after 7 days of receipt
How to return an item
To return an item, please contact us at foodpyor@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your credit. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for the refund to credit in your account.
Shipping costs
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to receive a different item, you will need to return your original item and place a new order.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Gujarat. Stay tuned as we expand to other regions soon!
How long does delivery take?
Our meals are usually delivered within 15 business days from the date of order confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing us at foodpyor@gmail.com.
